My stay at this hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff were extremely nice and kind, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were all fluent in English and very helpful, making it easy for me to communicate and get any assistance I needed. The room was incredibly comfortable, and I especially loved the built-in sauna and drying box. The hotel's location was superb, situated just opposite of the slopes, making it convenient for me to enjoy some skiing. The amenities provided, such as the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, terrace, and television, added to the overall comfort and relaxation of my stay. Additionally, the restaurant offered a great dining experience with a delicious buffet and special diet menus available.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

We found an empty bottle of Baileys and some tablets in the bathroom. Restaurant is working only til 22. Hotel appearance is not so good. GPS coordinates in hotel information is wrong. According to Booked.net print we reserved 1 room for 2, but actually there were reserved 2 room for 1. In common hotel is not as good as were expected.

had coffee and tea in room but no jug ordered jug from reception which they supplied then discovered no creamer which they asked us to come and pick up ourselves as if we had created a problem not houskeeping

The hotel offered fantastic facilities, with a built-in sauna and a drying box in my room. The breakfast was awesome, and I especially loved the ice cream option for kids in the morning. The staff were all extremely nice and kind, making me feel welcome during my stay. Lastly, the location of the hotel was superb, being right on the lake and in the very touristy Tahko resort area.

Ho soggiornato in un hotel proprio nel centro della città, vicino alla stazione dei treni. La mia camera era arredata con gusto e il bagno era pulito. Il personale era disponibilissimo e mi ha aiutato a risolvere un "piccolo intoppo". Inoltre, la posizione era ottima perché potevo raggiungere a piedi molti luoghi di interesse.

Ho avuto problemi con il parcheggio. Speravo di pagare meno, come promesso, ma alla fine ho dovuto spendere di più per parcheggiare in città.

We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of all the action, close to the ski slopes and directly across the road from a restaurant on the lake. The room was smallish but clean, with a sauna in the bathroom and functional heating. The service was friendly, and the breakfast was decent with a good variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed the steam and normal sauna even though it was gender-separated.

It was difficult to hang clothes or find anywhere to store personal belongings in the room.

The hotel was very close to the ski slopes which was great for our Xmas ski trip. The breakfast buffet had a good variety including smoothies which were a nice touch. We also appreciated that the hotel had a sauna available for use after a long day on the slopes.

The room was a bit old which was a bit disappointing. We also noticed some noise from outside which made it a bit difficult to sleep.
