All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great.

Set within just 1 mile, osaka aquarium kaiyukan is easy to reach. Free WiFi was a bonus. You should definitely explore Osaka Bay district, it's worth it: )

My Easter trip at the hotel was great! It's super close to the Universal attraction park and there are plenty of food options nearby. , the staff speaks English well and is really helpful. The rooms were well equipped and clean. I especially enjoyed the amenities provided in the room, like the yukata and toothbrushes.

The room design was not very practical. There was no closet and the dress drawers were heavy and difficult to pull out.

This hotel provides the ideal location as it is situated in the midst of the Universal City "downtown area". We enjoyed the convenience of easy access to all the nearby areas such as Universal Park, the hotel facilities, Epoch café, and the Universal City mall. Furthermore, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are helpful, especially with matters related to transportation. We also loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection of Japanese and Western food.
