The pool area was nice and the location was good and magnificent, near need in Puerto Vallarta, nearby shops, and beach, restaurants, bus line, cabs, shopping plaza, bars, banks. The local staff was fairly friendly. We spent 1 night in big and huge guest room with king bed.

The property's location was good, within walking distance of everything. What's more, it was near Vallarta, which is about 4 or 5 times a year, beach, restaurants, bus line, cabs, shopping plaza, bars, banks, and the plaza.

Loved the informative front desk staff. Excellent location with easy access to taxis. Rooftop pool is amazing. Super comfortable beds. Manager is extremely nice and helpful. Good room price. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Engineers promptly fix issues. Feels like home. Staff is like family.

not really outside, but not really central either. it's not far to the beach, but it's not very nice in town. we had a room without a balcony, which could be made a bit more comfortable

The staff were pretty friendly and our room was newly renovated with king bed, balcony. The location was central, magnificent close to airport. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like El Tizok Tako's Grill that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
