This place is in a perfect location, right on the beach. The beautiful palm trees and spacious gardens create a stunning natural setting. The rooms are large and clean, with the added luxury of a balcony. The buffet breakfast offers a wide range of Asian and Western foods, and dining outdoors under a huge banyan tree was a delightful experience. The staff here were more friendly than the reception staff, and the service overall was excellent.

The hotel is in need of a facelift, but despite this, it still provides enhanced comfort and quality services. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Thanks very much for a really really nice experience we had at this beautiful and absolutely fantastic hotel. Good service, even though a few employees were sad. Big units in the garden section, really enjoyed it. The location was incredible and stunning, short walk to the beach, local market and a variety of shops and spa services, all the shops & ferry to the islands and shops restaurants. There was a beachfront restaurant nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it has some of the best features a hotel can offer. The hotel is situated on the Northern end of Sanur, right on the beach with expansive gardens. We particularly enjoyed the beach which was just in front of the hotel, it was clean and not crowded. Additionally, the hotel had nice big rooms, a delicious breakfast buffet, and friendly staff that were always willing to help. On top of that, we found the hotel close to a supermarket which made it easy to get our necessities.

The restaurant here was nice with high quality staff and food, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes.

Cheap, neat unit with 4 beds for 2 adults and a nice balcony plus Beautiful views. Beautiful and incredible location in a well-kept area so close to the beach bar, Restaurant, shops as well as the beach in famous village Sanur. Again, not far from Le Mayeur Museum. Excellent and brilliant food for breakfast.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our city break even better. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The location was great, close to restaurants and shops, and there was a bus stop nearby that made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

The noise from the traffic outside kept us up at night, making it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning in the room was also very loud and didn't cool the room as well as we had hoped.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location right on the beach in Sanur was simply perfect. We were able to relax on the sunbeds provided by the hotel and soak up the sun while enjoying the breathtaking ocean view. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We were able to rent bikes and explore the beautiful beachside path, which was such a fun and convenient way to see the area.

I had a delightful stay at Inna Grand Bali Beach in their Garden Wing room. The gardens were absolutely magnificent, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Even though the hotel may be a bit outdated, the rooms were still clean and well-maintained. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants nearby. The beach itself was clean and less crowded compared to other areas. I would recommend this hotel for its picturesque surroundings and convenient location.

While the hotel has a classic charm, the rooms were a bit dated and in need of renovation. The shower in our room didn't work well, and the air conditioning was not the most efficient.
